The petitioner proposes to rezone from R-I Single Family Residence District, M-1 Intense <br /> Commercial-Light Industrial District and M-3 Limited Industrial District to M-2 Heavy Industrial <br /> District. ADM is rezoning to create a universal zoning classification between ADM owned <br /> properties, including several newly acquired parcels. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 1. The surrounding zoning includes M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District and M-2 <br /> Heavy Industrial District to the north, R-3 Single Family Residence District and M-2 Heavy <br /> Industrial District to the south, R-1 Single Family Residence District and M-1 Intense <br /> Commercial-Light Industrial District, M-2 Heavy Industrial to the east and R-3 Single Family <br /> Residence District and M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District to the west.
