ORDINANCE NO. 2012-49 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - E. DECATUR STREET AND 22ND PLACE FACING 22" PLACE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle <br /> on 22"d Place approaching E. Decatur Street from the north and south shall stop and yield the right-of- <br /> way to vehicles on E. Decatur Street which have entered the intersection of said streets or which are <br /> approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped <br /> and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2.
