Book: 4350 Page: 747 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2012-48 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> - HEARTLAND COMMUNITY CHURCH - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 2012, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Heartland Community Church to <br /> modify and amend the Planned Development previously approved by Ordinance No. <br /> 2005-06, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> The north one-third (N 1/3) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the <br /> Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 3 <br /> East of the 3d P.M., and the south one-third (S 1/3) of the north two-thirds <br /> (N 2/3) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE <br /> 1/4) of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the P P.M., <br /> Macon County, Illinois, said tract containing 26.04 acres more or less; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said Planned Development as requested be <br /> authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid Planned Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to <br /> construct a sign with the following conditions: <br /> a. All portable and temporary signage be removed prior to building permits <br /> being released. <br /> b. The new sign cabinet shall not exceed 80 square feet in total size. <br />
