Justification For New Sign: <br /> It is in the interest of Heartland Community Church to replace their current monument sign in <br /> order to modernize and upgrade to new technology. By allowing for the new sign we thus <br /> accomplish the following desired attributes; <br /> 1)for a desired aesthetic, <br /> 2)to attract parishioners, <br /> 3)to be able to communicate with the surrounding community about upcoming events with a new <br /> electronic message center. <br /> Justification for allowing this upgrade will also integrate well with the continuing effort to <br /> beautify The City of Decatur. <br />
