Chapter 73 <br /> C. In addition to any other penalties that may be imposed for a violation of this Section, a <br /> person convicted of Defacement of Property shall be ordered to abate, reimburse, remediate, <br /> repair, and/or remove the effect of the damage of or to the property. <br /> D. In addition to any other penalties that may be imposed for a violation of this Section and <br /> as restitution for a violation of this Section, a violator shall pay for the costs of repairing any <br /> damages to property caused by that violator's unlawful conduct. When the violator is a person <br /> under eighteen (18) years of age, any parent, guardian, or other person having legal custody of <br /> the violator shall be responsible to pay for damages caused by the violator or abatement of the <br /> nuisance which is the result of the violator's act. <br /> E. This Section shall not be applicable to the use of water soluble chalk on public sidewalks. <br /> 25. POSSESSION CANNABIS. A. It shall be unlawful for a person to possess two <br /> and a half(2.5) grams or less of any substance containing cannabis. <br /> B. For purposes of this Section, cannabis includes marijuana, hashish and other substances <br /> which are identified as including any parts of the plant Cannabis Sativa, whether growing or not; <br /> the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of such plant; and any compound, <br /> manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or hydrocannabinol ('1 IC) and all other cannabinol <br /> derivatives, including its naturally occurring or synthetically produced ingredients, whether <br /> produced directly or indirectly by extraction, or independently by means of chemical synthesis or <br /> by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis, but shall not include the mature stalks of <br /> such plant, fiber produced from such stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of such plant, any <br /> other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of such mature stalks <br /> (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil or cake, or the sterilized seed of such plant <br /> which is incapable of germination. <br />
