Lot A - located in the north half of the block bounded by Wood, Water, <br /> Washington and South Main Streets; <br /> Lot D - located in the block bounded by Prairie, North Main, William and Church <br /> Streets; <br /> Lot E - located at the southeast corner of William and North Main Streets; <br /> Lot F - located at the northeast corner of Wood and North Main Streets. <br /> 54. PAY TO PARK SPACES. Parking spaces in lots A and F and in Parking Garage <br /> B and Garage C are hereby established as Pay to Park spaces, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause parking payment devices to be installed as provided in this <br /> Chapter. The hourly charges for parking spaces in lot A, lot F, Garage B and Garage C shall be <br /> at the rate established in Section 74 of this chapter. <br /> 55. RESERVED PARKING. The City Manager may cause to be reserved parking <br /> spaces in City parking garages to be used for monthly or other than hourly parking, and such <br /> spaces shall be so marked and designated, the number of said spaces to be based on demand. <br /> 56. MONTHLY CHARGES. <br /> A. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for the <br /> same on uncovered levels of Garage B and C shall be at the rate established in Section 74 of this <br /> chapter. <br /> B. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for the <br /> same on covered levels of Garages B and C is shall be at the rate established in Section 74 of this <br /> chapter. <br /> C. The charges described in sections A and B do not apply to those parking spaces <br /> included in another agreement with the City of Decatur. <br />
