ORDINANCE NO. 2012-31 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 44-FIRE PREVENTION AND HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CONTROL - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 44 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, modified and amended so that said chapter 44 as so modified and amended shall <br /> provide as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2.
