ORDINANCE NO. 2012-30 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 48-NUISANCES - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 48 be, and the same is hereby modified and amended to reflect <br /> the 2009 International Fire Code. <br /> Section 2. That Section 13 be and the same is hereby modified and so amended so that said <br /> section shall provide as shown. <br /> Contractors may obtain permit to burn vegetation for commercial and residential <br /> development. Fire Code official has full discretion for amount and method of <br /> burning. Permit fee$1000.00 <br /> Section 3.
