Maximum Building and/or Structure Height: <br /> i. One (1) 8 story building and/or structure, not to exceed 100 feet in height; Two (2) 5 <br /> story buildings and/or structures not to exceed 60 feet; all other building and/or <br /> structures, Two (2) stories not to exceed 30 feet in height. <br /> b. Number of Residential Units: None. <br /> c. Maximum Square Footage of Commercial Space: 50,000 <br /> Area 4 <br /> a. Maximum Building and/or Structure Height: <br /> i. Number of stories: Seven (7) 3 story buildings and/or structures, not to exceed 40 feet in <br /> height; Two (2) 8 story buildings and/or structures, not to exceed 120 feet in height. <br /> b. Number of Residential Units: Not to exceed 300 <br /> c. One (1) space for every 100 square feet of floor area. <br /> Area 2 <br /> a. Parking spaces are not required to be located within 300 feet of the building. <br /> b.
