i. One (1) parking space for each room to be rented, plus one (1) additional space for each three (3) employees. b. Miniature Golf i. One and one-half (1.5) parking spaces per hole. c. Water Park i. One (1) parking space per four (4) persons based on design capacity. Area 4 a. Fifty-percent (50%) of required spaces must be located within 300 feet of building served. b. One and one-half (1.5) parking spaces per residential unit. c. One (1) parking space for every 200 square feet of commercial space. 8. Landscaping a. For every tree removed within Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 a tree must be replanted within that same Area. b. Front yard points shall be required for any construction of hardscape within seventy-five (75) feet of public right of way. It shall be calculated at one-half (5) point for every linear foot of affected frontage. c. All deciduous trees shall be a minimum of Two (2) inch caliper and all evergreens shall be a minimum of Six (6) Feet in height at time of installation. 9. Exterior Lighting All lighting shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Section XXVIII.J. 10. Signage a. Identifying signs. For the purpose of this section, an "identifying sign" is a freestanding sign that identifies the park and/or the developed campus as a whole. i. Maximum Number: Ten (10) ii. Maximum Area: 100 square feet iii. Maximum Height: 30 feet iv. Minimum Setback: Five (5) feet v. One (1) of the identifying signs may be a total of 150 square feet and may only be located in Area 3. b. Individual building or attractions identification signs. Each individual building or attraction within the LF-OL may have a freestanding sign or signs identifying the name, use, purpose and/or tenants of the building, subject to the following requirements: i.
