Chapter 34 <br /> Lot E - located at the southeast corner of William and North Main Streets; <br /> Lot F - located at the northeast corner of Wood and North Main Streets. <br /> 54. PAY TO PARK SPACES. Parking spaces in lots A and F and in Parking Garage B and <br /> Garage C are hereby established as Pay to Park spaces, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause parking payment devices to be installed as provided in <br /> this Chapter. The hourly charges for parking spaces in lot A, lot F, Garage B and Garage <br /> C shall be at the rate established in Section 74 of this chapter. <br /> 55. RESERVED PARKING. The City Manager may cause to be reserved parking spaces in <br /> City parking garages to be used for monthly or other than hourly parking, and such <br /> spaces shall be so marked and designated, the number of said spaces to be based on <br /> demand. <br /> 56. MONTHLY CHARGES. <br /> A. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for <br /> the same on uncovered levels of Garage B and C shall be at the rate established in <br /> Section 74 of this chapter. <br /> B. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for <br /> the same on covered levels of Garages B and C is shall be at the rate established <br /> in Section 74 of this chapter. <br /> C. The charges described in sections A and B do not apply to those parking spaces <br /> included in another agreement with the City of Decatur. <br /> 57. PARKING PERMIT. No person shall park, store or leave standing a motor vehicle in <br /> those areas of Garages B and C reserved for monthly or other than hourly parking, unless <br /> the owner or operator of such vehicle shall have received from the Financial Management <br />
