WHEREAS, the Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds are to be in substantially the form
<br /> attached hereto as Exhibit B, with necessary and appropriate variations, omissions and insertions
<br /> as permitted or required by the Bond Indenture; and
<br /> WHEREAS, all things necessary to make the Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds, when
<br /> authenticated by the Bond Trustee, the valid, binding and legal obligations of the City according
<br /> to the import thereof,
<br /> Now, THEREFORE,THIS FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL BOND INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
<br /> ARTICLE I
<br /> DEFINITIONS
<br /> Except as hereinafter provided, the terms used in this First Supplemental Bond Indenture
<br /> shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Bond Indenture and the Master Indenture.
<br /> ARTICLE II
<br /> THE BONDS
<br /> Section 201. The Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds. (a) The Reregistered Series 2010
<br /> Bonds shall consist of four series of bonds designated as: (i) "City of Decatur, Macon County,
<br /> Illinois Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A (Decatur Memorial Hospital)" in the
<br /> original principal amount of $2,260,800 and $3,391,200, (ii) "City of Decatur, Macon County,
<br /> Illinois Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Decatur Memorial Hospital)" in the
<br /> original principal amount of$1,800,000 and $2,700,000, (iii) "City of Decatur, Macon County,
<br /> Illinois Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Decatur Memorial Hospital)" in the
<br /> original principal amount of $1,585,800 and $2,378,700, and (iv) "City of Decatur, Macon
<br /> County, Illinois Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010D (Decatur Memorial Hospital)"
<br /> in the original principal amount of $963,000 and $1,444,500. The Reregistered Series 2010
<br /> Bonds shall bear interest from their dated date and shall be issuable as registered bonds in
<br /> denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of$500 in excess thereof. The Reregistered
<br /> Series 2010 Bonds shall mature on December 22, 2020, subject to prior redemption as provided
<br /> in Article V of the Bond Indenture. The Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds shall be numbered as
<br /> set forth in the table below.

<br /> Series 2010C: Series 201OD:

<br /> (b) Principal on the Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds shall be payable in accordance
<br /> with the Bond Sinking Fund schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto.
