ORDINANCE NO. 2011-92 ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE - CHAPTER 60 -TAXICABS AND TAXI DRIVERS- - CHAPTER 61 —LIVERY VEHICLES - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Section 31. C of Chapter 60 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so that as so modified and amended said Section 31. C shall provide as follows: 31. PENALTY C. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter for which no fine is provided in the foregoing subsections A and B, shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered as a separate offense. Section 2. That Section 22. C of Chapter 61 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so that as so modified and amended said Section 22. C shall provide as follows: 22. PENALTY C.
