McCrady, City Manager <br /> Ron Neufeld, Financial Management Director <br /> SUBJECT: 2011 Property Tax Levy Ordinances for Budget Year 2011-2012 <br /> Attached are the five ordinances for the 2011 real estate tax levy. These are based on the <br /> desire of the City Council to set the levy at $11,737,339. Once passed by the Council they will <br /> be submitted to the Macon County Clerk so he can extend the city's 2011 tax levy. <br /> 1. Ordinance establishing the 2011 corporate property tax levy. <br /> 2. Ordinance fully abating the 2004B General Obligation Refunding Bonds with <br /> water revenue. <br /> 3. Ordinance fully abating the 2005 General Obligation Refunding Bonds with water <br /> revenue. <br /> 4. Ordinance fully abating the 2008 General Obligation Bonds with revenue from <br /> the Water Fund and the Olde Towne TIF Fund. <br /> 5. Ordinanceap rtiall abating the 2011 General Obligation Bonds with revenue <br /> from the Water Fund, the Olde Towne TIF Fund, the Near North TIF Fund and <br /> Treasury Rebates. <br />
