ORDINANCE NO. 2011-81 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 36— TREES AND SHRUBS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 3 of Chapter 36 be, and the same is hereby, modified and <br /> amended so that said Section 3 as so modified and amended shall provide as follows: <br /> 36. TREES AND SHRUBS <br /> 3. PENALTIES. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of <br /> the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 2.
