equipment regulated by said Code or this Chapter, or cause the same to be done, <br /> contrary to or in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions thereof. It shall <br /> be unlawful to continue work after a stop order has been issued, served or posted <br /> under said provisions. Any person, firm or corporation violating or found to be in <br /> violation of any of said provisions shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty <br /> Dollars ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, <br /> and each day upon which a violation occurs or is allowed to continue, or a condition <br /> is not brought into compliance after notice, shall be viewed and shall be prosecuted <br /> as a separate and distinct offense. <br /> 69. ELECTRICAL CODE <br /> 13. PENALTY. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to <br /> erect, construct, alter, repair, demolish, install or operate electrical equipment <br /> regulated by said Building Code or said Electrical Code or this Chapter or cause the <br /> same to be done, contrary to or in conflict with or in violation of any of the <br /> provisions thereof. (A) That no person, firm or corporation shall erect, construct, <br /> alter, extend, repair, remove, demolish, maintain, operate, use or occupy any <br /> structure or equipment regulated by the provisions of this Chapter or of the Code <br /> adopted hereby, or by the rules or directives promulgated or notices issued <br /> thereunder, or cause the same to be done, contrary to or in conflict with or in <br /> violation of any of said provisions, rules, directives or notices, and, except as <br /> provided in subsections (B) and (C) hereof, any person, firm or corporation violating <br /> or found to be in violation thereof shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty <br /> Dollars ($150.00) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each <br /> offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues to be considered a <br /> separate offense. <br /> (B) When a person, firm or corporation is cited for a violation of any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter, or of the Code adopted hereby or the rules or directives <br /> promulgated or notices issued hereunder, as provided in Section (A) hereof, which <br /> violation occurred within twelve (12) months of a prior violation of any of the <br />
