(B) When a defendant person, firm or corporation is <br /> cited for a violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter, or of the Code adopted hereby <br /> or the rules or directives promulgated or notices issued hereunder, as provided in Section (A) <br /> hereof, which violation occurred within twelve (12) months of a prior <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter, or of the Code adopted hereby, or the rules <br /> or directives promulgated or notices issued hereunder, and such eharges--a+e violation is <br /> separately brought and arises out of a different series of acts or omissions, such deā¬endaR <br /> person, firm or corporation shall be fined not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor <br /> more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense and each day a violation <br /> occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> (C) When a defender person, firm or corporation is eenvieted a cited for a violation <br /> of any of the provisions of this Chapter, or of the Code adopted hereby or the rules or <br /> directives promulgated or notices issued hereunder, as provided in Section (A) hereof, which <br /> violation occurred within twelve (12) months of any two (2) prior <br /> violations of any of the provisions of this Chapter, or of the Code adopted hereby, or the <br /> rules or directives promulgated or notices issued hereunder, which prior eenviEHens <br /> violations each arose out of a different series of acts or omissions, and such present ehar-ges <br /> of violation is separately brought and arises out of a different series of acts or omissions <br /> from either of the prior eenviefiens violations, such defendant person, firm or corporation <br /> shall be fined not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Two Thousand <br /> Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense and each day a violation occurs or continues shall be <br /> considered a separate offense. <br /> 70.1 PLUMBING CODE <br /> 8. PENALTY. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to install, <br /> repair, maintain, alter or extend plumbing, or a plumbing system, or plumbing fixture or <br /> appliance regulated by said Code or this Chapter or cause the same to be done, contrary to or <br /> in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions hereof or thereof. It shall be unlawful <br /> to continue work after a stop order has been issued, served or posted under said provisions. <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating or found to be in violation of any of said <br /> provisions shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> 150.00 nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each day <br /> upon which a violation occurs or is allowed to continue, or a condition is not brought into <br /> compliance after notice, shall be viewed and may be prosecuted as a separate and distinct <br /> offense. <br /> 71. TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE FEE <br /> 7. PENALTY. Any telecommunications provider who violates, disobeys, omits, <br /> neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to a <br /> fine less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />
