RECYCLABLE MATERIALS <br /> 8. NO SCAVENGING. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or <br /> corporation to collect, obtain, possess or pick up any recyclable material placed for <br /> collection in front of a residence as a part of, and in accordance with, the City of <br /> Decatur's recycling program, unless such person, firm or corporation has a valid and <br /> current contract with the City to collect recyclable material as authorized by this <br /> Chapter. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this <br /> Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) nor more <br /> than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> 57. HOUSE MOVING <br /> 11. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any <br /> provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and each <br /> day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> In addition thereto, for every day any structure is permitted to be moved shall remain <br /> upon any street, alley or public place after the expiration of the time specified in the <br /> permit, the permittee named shall be subject to a further penalty of not less than One <br /> Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for <br /> each such day. <br /> 58. SECONDHAND STORES, AUCTION HOUSES AND RUMMAGE ROOMS <br /> ..• 20. PENALTY. An person, firm or corporation who shall violate an <br /> Y p � rP Y <br /> provision of this Chapter, or any regulation duly promulgated hereunder, shall be <br /> fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and each day on which a violation <br /> occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. The penalties or <br /> remedies provided herein shall be cumulative and resort to any one or more shall be <br /> no defense to prosecution of another. <br /> 59. SIGN HANGERS <br /> 7. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />
