ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS <br /> 50.1. TRANSIENT MERCHANTS <br /> 13. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter shall, upon eonvietien, be fined not ,Aero than <br /> less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) nor more <br /> than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and each day a violation <br /> occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> 51.2. FOOD AND BEVERAGES TAX <br /> 7. D�'"T�r. DELINQUENCY. If for any reason any tax is not paid when <br /> due, a penalty at the rate of two percent (2%) per thirty (30) day period, or portion <br /> thereof, from the day of delinquency shall be added thereto and paid. <br /> 11. FINE. PENALTY. Any person operating a retail food facility within the <br /> City without a certificate of registration, or failing or omitting to pay said tax when <br /> due, or failing or omitting to collect, or to account for, or to pay over said tax, or <br /> failing to comply with said rules, regulations and rulings shall, in addition to any <br /> other payment or penalty provided herein or elsewhere by law or ordinance, upen <br /> eenvietien be fined not less than Two Hundred <br /> Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br /> 51.3. UTILITY TAXES <br /> 10. PENALTY; CIVIL ACTION. <br /> A. Any taxpayer, including those persons required to collect taxes <br /> pursuant to Section 5 hereof, who fails to make a return within the time required <br /> therefor, or who fails to pay the tax due, or any portion thereof, for any month within <br /> the time required therefor, or who makes a fraudulent return or willfully violates any <br /> other provision of this Chapter shall, , be fined not less than <br /> Two 14tindr-ed Dollars 4200.00) Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more <br /> than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br />
