B. The Finance Department may issue a Violation Notice and Complaint <br /> for violations of Section 14, 15 and 19 of this Chapter as set forth in Chapter 29 of <br /> this Code. <br /> 30. PAYMENT OF VIOLATION NOTICE AND COMPLAINT. <br /> A person cited for a violation of any section of this Chapter as herein <br /> provided may terminate any further proceedings by the City due to said violation by <br /> making payment to the City at the office of the City Treasurer. Payment will be <br /> considered as being made only when the City Treasurer is in receipt of the full <br /> amount. If a person is cited for more than one violation of this Chapter on a single <br /> Violation Notice and Complaint, the fine must be paid for each violation listed in <br /> order to terminate any further proceedings. <br /> 31. PENALTY. A. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of <br /> the provisions hereof, shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and every <br /> day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> B. The Circuit Court of Macon County may enter an Order that any vicious, <br /> dangerous, fierce, or biting animal as defined by this Chapter be humanely <br /> dispatched. <br /> Section 3.
