AMENDMENTS. The following numbered sections in said Code are hereby modified and amended as herein indicated: (a) 104.4 by adding "or his or her authorized representative" after the words "building official" in the first sentence; (b) 105.2.6 by stating "all driveways and sidewalks above grade and not over any basement or story below" are exempt from a permit and deleting the words "and which are not part of an accessible route";
