i t ORDINANCE NO. 2011-57 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - GRACE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - WHEREAS, on the 1st day of September, 2011, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Grace United Methodist Church to modify and amend the Planned Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2009-92, and subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), in Block Two (2) of Durfee and King's Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book R, Page 409 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Lots One (1), Four (4), Five (5), and Eight (8) in Block Three (3) of Durfee and King's Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book R, Page 409 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Five (5) of Durfee and King's Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book R, Page 409 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. The North 32.5 feet of Lot Six (6) in Block Five (5) of Durfee and King's Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book R, Page 409 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois.
