Chapter 70.1 <br /> B. For permits to alter or repair one or two family residential structures or residential <br /> accessory buildings,the amount shall be as follows: <br /> Repair or replace waste, vent, or water piping $35 <br /> lawn irrigation $35 <br /> Repair or replace water service - $35.00 per water service <br /> (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 96-38, JUNE 17, 1996). <br /> C. For permits to alter or repair plumbing in other than one or two family residential structures <br /> or residential accessory buildings,the amount shall be as per work value listed in item(a) above, with a <br /> Minimum fee of$35.00 (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 96-38, JUNE 17, 19960> <br /> D. For permits to install new plumbing in new one or two family residential structures,room <br /> additions to such structures, or accessory buildings to such structures, the amount shall be included as <br /> part of a combined permit for building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing and shall be included in the <br /> total fee as set forth in Chapter 67, Section 9 (c). <br /> E. For permits to install new plumbing in new buildings other than one or two family residential <br /> or residential accessory, the amount shall be per work value as listed in item (a) above. <br /> 6. ENFORCEMENT. This Chapter and the Code, as modified thereby, shall be <br /> administered by the Superintendent of Inspections through the Inspection Division of the Economic and <br /> Urban Development which, among other things, is authorized hereby to cause stop orders <br /> To be issued and enforced as to any work not in conformance and compliance with the provisions <br /> Thereof, or of the reasonable rules and regulations promulgated to implement the same. <br /> (AMENDED, Ordinance No. 2000-11, March 13, 200 1) <br /> 7. TERM OF PERMIT. Unless, because of the nature or extent of the work,the <br /> Superintendent of Inspections determines that a permit should be for a term longer than three months <br />
