Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of May 5,2011 continued: <br /> Mr. Glenn Livingston asked if the office building and warehouse that the petitioner had proposed <br /> to build on the property that was rezoned in 2001 were ever built. Mrs. Stewart they were built <br /> on an adjacent lot. <br /> Mr. Phil Cochran, representative, was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. <br /> Mr. Cochran said this is a unique request as the petitioner requested the property to be rezoned in <br /> 2001 to M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial and would now like a portion of the property <br /> to be rezoned to R-2 Single Family Residence District. The petitioner was not aware he would <br /> not be able to make any modifications to his residential structure in the M-1 District. <br /> Mr. Livingston asked how much of the approximately two (2) acres the petitioner is asking to <br /> rezone. Mr. Cochran said 0.83 acres. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Dial/Clevenger) to forward Cal. No. 11-13 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
