ORDINANCE NO. 2011-28 ORDINANCE APPROVING APPOINTMENTS CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the request for approval of appointments by the Mayor of Celeste F. Harris, City Clerk, and Ron Neufeld, City Treasurer, be received and placed on file. Section 2. That said request be, and the same is hereby, approved, and said persons be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to be appointed to said respective offices for the term of four years commencing May 1, 2011, and continuing to April 30, 2015, or until their respective successors are appointed and qualified. Section 3. That the existing provisions of applicable ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, to the extent of such conflict be, and the same are hereby modified to conform with the provisions hereof, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
