Section 7. That Chapter 74 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended and modified in Section 32 (existing Section 26), of Chapter 74, so that <br /> said Section 26 as amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 32. PENALTY. It shall be unlawful to install, construct, repair or modify a sewer service, or <br /> connect the same to the City sewer system other than in conformity and compliance with the <br /> provisions hereof. <br /> Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, <br /> upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each <br /> offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate <br /> offense. <br /> Section 8.
