A copy of the letter is attached <br /> for your reference. <br /> Groundwater Ordinance Area <br /> The required area of the groundwater ordinance was described in the Remedial Action <br /> Completion Report and has been clarified in the attached Figure 1: Proposed Groundwater <br /> Ordinance Area. The required ordinance may follow the same format as other area-spedflc <br /> groundwater ordinances recently passed by the City of Decatur, including the attached Ordinance <br /> Nos. 2010-59 and 2010-58. <br /> We believe this Information should satisfy your need at this time.
