ORDINANCE NO. 2010-89 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 56 <br /> REFUSE REMOVAL <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 56 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, modified and amended, so that as modified and amended said Chapter 56 shall <br /> provide as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the <br /> provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to be <br /> published in pamphlet form according to law. <br /> Section 3.
