ORDINANCE NO. 2010-88 <br /> ORDINANCE ABATING LEVY <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2010-79 passed and approved on November 15, 2010, the <br /> Council caused general obligation bonds of the Cit to be issued and did levy therein certain <br /> g g Y Y <br /> sums to pay the principal and interest on said bonds; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds other than those raised by general taxation have or will become <br /> available to timely pay such principal and interest as the same become due in fiscal year 2011- <br /> 2012. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the following tax levies for interest on and principal of the indicated <br /> bonds for the year 2010, payable in the fiscal year 2011-2012, be, and the same are hereby <br /> abated as follows: <br /> Ordinance Number Ordinance Partial Tax <br /> and Bond Issue Levy Abatement Levy <br /> 2010-79 - General Obligation <br /> Bonds, Series 2010 $3,031,657 $2,664,771 $366,886 <br /> Section 2. That the County Clerk of the County of Macon, Illinois, be, and he is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to partially abate said levy and to extend the same as so abated for the <br /> year 2010. <br />
