CLOW, DUANE E. GIBBONS and I;IZIZIN GIBBONS, Successor Trustees of' Samuel E. Gibbons Trust, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: The South 130 feet of' the last 160 feet of Lot Two (2) of Sheets Addition of Outlots to the City of' Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in f.3ook 646 Page 302 of the records in the Recorder's Office of' Macon County, Illinois and commonly known as 895 North Country Club Road, Decatur, Illinois; and, W1 fEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality: and. What said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto riot heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hcrchy_ annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation.
