2010-79 PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF FOUR SERIES OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS

"Series 2010A Bonds" means the Taxable General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010A, authorized to be issued by this Ordinance. "Series 2010B Bonds" means the Taxable General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010B, authorized to be issued by this Ordinance. "Series 2010C Bonds" means the General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010C, authorized to be issued by this Ordinance. "Series 2010D Bonds" means the General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 20101), authorized to be issued by this Ordinance. "20108 Project" means the capital expenditures as described and defined as such in the preambles to this Ordinance. "2010C Project" means the capital expenditures as described and defined as such in the preambles to this Ordinance. "2010B Qualified Build America Bonds" means the portion of the Series 2010B Bonds maturing in the years 2011 through 2027 and $810,000 principal amount maturing on December 15, 2027 designated as a "build America bond" and a "qualified bond" within the meaning of Section 54AA(g) of the Code. "20108 Recovery Zone Bonds" means the portion of the Series 2010B Bonds in the principal amount of$1,055,000, $1,155,000 and $1,195,000 and maturing on December 15, 2028 through 2030, respectively, designated "Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds" within the meaning of Section 1400U-2 of the Code. Section 2. Incorporation of Preambles. The Council hereby finds that all of the recitals contained in the preambles to this Ordinance are true, correct and complete and does incorporate them into this Ordinance by this reference. -9-
