ORDINANCE NO. 2010-75 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING JURISDICTIONAL <br /> TRANSFERS OF NORTH AND SOUTH BOUND US 51 BUSINESS (FRANKLIN AND MAIN <br /> STREETS) FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE NORTHERLY TO ELDORADO STREET (US 36), <br /> IN ITS ENTIRETY TO THE MUNICIPAL STREET SYSTEM OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> Whereas, the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois Department of Transportation entered <br /> into an agreement dated October 21, 2010, for transfer of jurisdiction of North and South bound US <br /> 51 Business (Franklin Street and Main Street) from Cleveland Avenue northerly to Eldorado Street <br /> (US 36), in its entirety to the Municipal Street System, including structure number 058-0013. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the transfer of jurisdiction of North and South bound US 51 Business <br /> (Franklin Street and Main Street) from Cleveland Avenue northerly to Eldorado Street (US 36), <br /> including structure number 058-0013 be, and they are hereby, added to, and made part of, the <br /> Municipal Street System of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby <br /> repealed by this Ordinance insofar as they are in conflict with this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to forward a certified copy <br /> of this Ordinance to the State of Illinois through its Regional Engineer's office at Effingham, <br /> Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND Rf ORDED this 21St day of October, 2010. <br /> r <br /> IV <br /> NTCtMEYT.
