ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS <br /> - ZONING ORDINANCE - <br /> SECTION II. DEFINITIONS <br /> SIGN, MULTI-TENANT: A sign which identifies a development of three or more businesses <br /> located in the same commercial or industrial center/park. The businesses may be located on the <br /> same parcel or a group of neighboring parcels. <br /> SECTION XXV.F.3. <br /> SIGNAGE: SIGNS IN BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br /> b. Multi-Tenant Sign Advertising Three or More Businesses: One (1) per development. <br /> SECTION XXVIII.E.3.a. <br /> LANDSCAPING AND EXTERIOR LIGHTING: DETERMINATION OF REQUIREMENTS <br /> Whenever a side or rear yard in the R-6, 0-1, B-1, B-2, B-3, M-1, M-2, M-3 or PD districts <br /> abuts, or, in the absence of an alley, would abut, any R-1, R-2, R-3, or R-5 district or any <br /> residential use in the cit limits imits or neighboring jurisdiction, a buffer yard shall be required. <br />
