ORDINANCE NO. 2010-63 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1804 and 1812 NORTH CLINTON STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 2010, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Mason Manufacturing, LLC to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> Lots 18 and 19 in Block Five (5) of Enterprise Addition to the City of Decatur as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 71 of the records in the Recorder's Office, <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-5 Two Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-5 <br /> Two Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District. <br />
