ORDINANCE NO. 2010-58 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXEMPTION TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> - NO DIRECT ACCESS TO PUBLIC STREETS- <br /> - GRAND OAKS ESTATES ADDITION- <br /> - 2200 BLOCK OF SOUTH MT. ZION ROAD— <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1st day of July, 2010, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the request of Grand Oaks Estates, LLC, requesting an <br /> exemption to the Zoning Ordinance pursuant to Section IV. A. 8. to allow the development of <br /> premises without direct access to a public street, said premises legally described as: <br /> Tract One (1) <br /> The north 330 feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of Section Twenty-Nine (29) Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three <br /> (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian, five acres more or less. <br /> Tract Two (2) <br /> The North '/2 of the East '/2 of the West '/2 of the Southeast '/a of the Northeast '/4 of <br /> Section 29, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M. Situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at the N.E.
