ORDINANCE NO. 2010-56 <br /> AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2010-2011 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
