ORDINANCE NO. 2010-34 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> - ZONING ADMINISTRATOR- <br /> - DEPARTMENT NAME CHANGE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 2010 upon due notice, the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Greg C. Crowe, Assistant <br /> City Manager, to modify and amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, the <br /> same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, by amending Section Il <br /> DEFINITIONS thereof by adding a new definition "Zoning Administrator" at the end <br /> thereof, so that said new definition shall provide as follows: <br /> SECTION 11. DEFINITIONS <br /> "ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: The Director of the Department <br /> of Planning and Building Services or his/her designee who is <br /> responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance." <br /> WHEREAS, said Zoning Ordinance is further modified and amended so that <br /> in all locations within the Zoning Ordinance where it currently reads "Department of <br /> Economic and Urban Development" it shall be corrected to now read "Department of <br /> Planning and Building Services" and in all locations where it currently reads <br /> "Director of Economic and Urban Development" it shall be corrected to now read <br /> "Zoning Administrator". <br />
