The subject site is located at 901 North Main Street and is currently developed as Grace United <br /> Methodist Church on approximately 5.44 acres. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The petitioner proposes to amend their PD Planned Development District in order to replace their <br /> existing lighting with new light fixtures in the parking lot. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 1. The Zoning Ordinance allowed the site to be rezoned to PD without a site plan but no development <br /> may occur until a plan has been approved by the City Council. <br /> 2. The PD Amendment has been reviewed by the City's Technical Review Committee; Planning, <br /> Engineering and Fire have approved the proposed amendment. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Staff recommends approval of the Amendment to PD Planned Development District. <br />
