Zion Road <br /> - Parcel #09-13-29-276-003 - <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Grand Oakes Estates LLC., requesting that there <br /> be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> The North '/2 of the East '/2 of the West '/2 of the Southeast '/4 of the Northeast '/4 of <br /> Section 29, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M. Situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at the N.E.
