McCrady, City Manager <br /> Ron Neufeld, Finance Director <br /> SUBJECT: Supplemental Appropriations f Fiscal Year 2009-2010 <br /> Attached are eleven supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2009-2010, for funding <br /> received or required after passage of the Appropriation Ordinance, approved July 20, <br /> 2009. End of year supplemental appropriations are necessary to take care of many issues <br /> that cannot be foreseen. <br /> • One Main Place — Fund 15 — This ordinance appropriates an additional $109 to <br /> transfer the fund balance to the Debt Service Fund. <br /> • Wabash Crossing TIF — Fund 21 - This ordinance appropriates an additional <br /> $115,000 to operating expenses to be used to reimburse other taxing districts <br /> and the balance to be transferred to the General Fund to reimburse for debt <br /> service paid. <br /> • Eastgate TIF — Fund 23 — This ordinance appropriates $12,000 for operating <br /> expenses to cover the additional funds to developer resulting from higher <br /> property taxes and sales taxes received. <br /> • Weed & Seed — Fund 24 — This ordinance appropriates an additional $50,000 <br /> for operating expenses to cover Weed & Seed expenses. These are pass-through <br /> expenses with funds coming from the Federal Government. <br /> • Radio Communications — Fund 30 - This ordinance appropriates $150,000 for <br /> expenses related to the Starcom Radio System. Money to come from other <br /> users of Starcom radios as well as the General Fund. <br /> • Wabash Crossing LOC - Fund 49 — This ordinance appropriates $250,000 for <br /> operating expenses to cover the cost design and infrastructure improvements for <br /> Wabash Crossing phase III. Money came from increase in Letter of Credit <br /> approved by City Council on May 4, 2009. <br />
