ORDINANCE NO. 2010-11 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> -CHAPTER 56- <br /> -REFUSE REMOVAL- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 56 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified at Section 2, so that said Section 2, as modified and <br /> amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 2. DEFINITIONS. <br /> Commercial: All that which is not residential as well as <br /> properties owned by the Decatur Housing Authority. <br /> Section 2.
