When said parking meters <br /> are not controlling parking as in this section provided, vehicles may be parked without <br /> inserting any coin in said meter, but the parking lines adjacent to said meters shall be <br /> adhered to in such parking in the same manner as is required during other times. <br /> 60. MONTHLY CHARGES. <br /> A. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated <br /> for the same on uncovered levels of Garages B and C is Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per <br /> month. <br /> B. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated <br /> for the same on covered levels of Garages B and C is Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per <br /> month. <br /> C. The monthly charges do not apply to those covered under another agreement <br /> with the City of Decatur. <br /> 70. DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE PARKING PERMITS. <br /> A. Each Downtown Employee shall, upon providing proof of employment in the <br /> Central Business District, defined as that area bounded on the north by the right-of-way <br /> line of Eldorado Street, on the west by the right-of-way line of Church Street, on the <br /> south by the right-of-way line of Wood Street, and on the east by the right-of-way line of <br /> Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, to the Finance Department of the City of Decatur, be <br /> eligible to receive a single, transferable "Downtown Employee Parking Permit " <br /> authorizing the vehicle described in the permit application only, to park in the Downtown <br /> Area, excluding the Customer Parking 'Lone, for a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per <br /> month per vehicle, as follows: <br /> (i) From 6:00 A.M. through 4:00 P.M. Mondays through Fridays. <br /> (ii). Vehicles must display valid Downtown Employee Parking Permit. <br /> B. The Downtown Employee Parking area is <br /> C. Any person found to have parked a vehicle in a designated "Downtown <br /> Employee Parking" space without a valid "Downtown Employee Parking Permit" will be <br /> subject to a fine of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). <br /> D. Any vehicle found to be parked in a designated "Downtown Employee <br /> Parking' space without a valid "Downtown Employee Parking Permit" will be subject to <br /> being towed away and impounded by a Parking Meter Checker whereafter the same may <br /> be held until all towing and storage charges relating thereto are paid by the person <br /> seeking to obtain the release of the vehicle. <br /> F,.
