Dow_ntown_Decatur Customer Parking Zone: The following described area, and all parking spaces located therein, is hereby designated the Downtown Decatur Customer Parking Zone: Surface Parking Lot 1, located at the southeast corner of East Wood Street and South Main Street; Surface Parking Lot 5, located at the southeast corner of North Main Street and East William Street; Surface Parking Lot 7, located at the northwest corner of North Main Street and West Main Street; Surface Parking lot 8, located at the southwest corner of West Main Street and South Main Street; Surface Parking Lot 9, located at the southeast corner of Fast Main Street and South Main Street; Surface Parking Lot 10, located at the northeast corner of South Main Street and East Wood Street; North Main Street, Blocks 100 and 200 between Main Street and William Street; South Main Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Wood Street; East Main Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Water Street; East Prairie Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Water Street; Fast William Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Water Street; North Park Street; South Park Street; and, Merchant Street, not including those spaces designated as Downtown Employee Parkin spaces. 48. IIO11RS OF METERS. The parking meters herein provided for shall control parking Monday through friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. $ 88 and upon such other days and times as shall be provided by ordinance. When said parking meters are not controlling parking as in this section provided, vehicles may be parked without inserting any coin in said meter, but the parking lines adjacent to said meters shall be adhered to in such parking in the same manner as is required during other times. 60. MONTHLY CHARGES. A. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for the same on uncovered levels of Garages B and C is Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) afl levels of Garage B is 'l'welye Dalla...
