While very few <br /> exist, most cities had positive feedback with Decatur's proposed ordinance. National and State <br /> publications on the subject were also consulted. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Stephanie Ashe at 424-2781 <br /> or at sashe@decaturil.gov. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: A Wind Energy System Permit will be required. <br /> Accompanying fees will use the same fee structure as a rezoning. Fire, Planning and Engineering <br /> will review submitted site plans for all proposed structures prior to being heart by Plan Commission <br /> and City Council. <br />
