ORDINANCE NO. 2009-81 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2200 EAST WILLIAM STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition Neimann Holdings, LLC to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> All of Block 11 in Elson Heights Addition to the City of Decatur, County of <br /> Macon, State of Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 17 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois (including those alleys vacated <br /> by Ordinance No. 2415 of the City of Decatur, Illinois and shown in Book 1154, <br /> Page 185 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois), <br /> excepting Lot 18 of said Block, and also excepting that tract of land conveyed to <br /> the State of Illinois as shown by Deed recorded in Book 1180, Page 464 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and also excepting <br /> that tract of land conveyed to the State of Illinois as shown by Deed recorded <br /> December 20, 1954 in Book 1178 at Page 115 of the Records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to B-3 Planned Shopping Center District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
