F <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2009-80 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3601 REDLICH DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Douglas R. Nichols and Kelly J. Nichols <br /> to rezone premises legally described as: <br /> The West 45 feet of the South 100 feet of the following described tract: <br /> The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br /> Twenty-Nine (29), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3 d <br /> P.M., EXCEPT the East 500 feet thereof, and EXCEPT the West 143 feet thereof, <br /> situated in Macon County, Illinois, and containing 4,500 square feet (0.1033 <br /> acres) more or less, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-3 Single Family Residence District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> Single Family Residence District to R-3 Single Family Residence District. <br />
