RECIPROCITY means: Any person, firm, or corporation who is licensed for the <br /> current year in any cily, village, or town in the State of Illinois where requirements of licensing are <br /> equal to or greater than the requirements of the City of Decatur may obtain a City of Decatur Electrical <br /> Contractor's license by an application, pang the $50 registration fee, and providing a copy of <br /> their current license from the aforementioned city, village, or town. <br /> 3.
