ORDINANCE NO. 2009-59 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1596 NORTH MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of August, 2009, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition Dennis D. Ballinger, to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lot Three (3) of the Subdivision of Lot Thirteen (13) in the Southeast Quarter <br /> (SEI/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NEI/4) of Section 10, Township 16 North, <br /> Range 2 East, 3rd Principal Meridian, as per plat recorded in Book 149 Page 137 <br /> of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions set forth below, said above described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District, to PD Planned Development <br /> District. <br />
