Recycling centers do not include the processing of <br /> recyclable materials nor does this include retail salvage operations or automobile <br /> salvage operations. <br /> SECTION XVI.A. <br /> Recycling Center: All collected recyclables shall be stored within a structure, <br /> mobile recycling truck or other enclosed container. <br /> SECTION XVI.B.7 <br /> Delete 7. Recycling Center and renumber the current number 8. to number 7. <br /> SECTION XVILA.23. <br /> Recycling Center. All collected recyclables shall be stored within a structure, <br /> mobile recycling truck or other enclosed container. <br /> SECTION XXVIII.E.4.e. <br /> e. Minimum parking lot setback. <br /> The Director of Economic and Urban Development may review and approve <br /> alternative compliance landscaping plans to reduce parking lot setbacks due to <br /> unique circumstances. An alternative compliance landscape plan may be <br /> submitted to the Director of Economic and Urban Development to reduce the <br /> front, rear and/or side yard setback. Petitioners requesting alternative compliance <br /> shall provide an additional twenty percent (20%) increase in landscaping points <br /> than are required by this Section. <br /> SECTION XXVIII.F.2. <br /> 2. Waiver of appeal. <br /> If a petitioner chooses to submit a landscape plan through the alternative <br /> compliance process and is denied, the petitioner may appeal the Director of <br /> Economic and Urban Development's decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> subject to Section XXX. <br />
