Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the B-3 Planned Shopping District with the <br /> following amendments: <br /> a. Relocate south handicap parking space to be closest accessible space to the south door. <br /> b. Provide a curb or bumper blocks. <br /> c. Truncated domes should be placed where a sidewalk leads to a vehicular path of <br /> travel. <br /> d. Final site plans and construction plans shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Economic and Urban Development Department and the Department of Engineering <br /> and Infrastructure prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> 2. The proposed site plan has been reviewed by the City's Technical Review Committee; <br /> Planning, Engineering and Fire have approved the proposed plan. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1. According to section XXIX.G. of the Zoning Ordinance the Plan Commission shall review <br /> the application at a public hearing and will make findings concerning the consistency of the <br /> application with the Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance and other land development <br /> regulations. Based on the findings, the Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the <br /> City Council.
